In The Emerging Artists Workshop Series, visiting artists being presented in our season are invited to share some aspect of their unique creation process with the emerging and professional theatre, dance, music and visual arts community in Calgary through an intensive workshop.
THE FIRST CALGARY FINANCIAL MENTORSHIP PROGRAM
The award-winning First Calgary Financial Mentorship Program with Theatre Junction GRAND offers 16 high school students the unique opportunity to learn about creating their own original performance through an intensive workshop series with our Company of Artists while developing one-on-one mentoring relationships with theatre professionals.
OUTREACH
Theatre Junction is committed to developing a context for contemporary performance in the city of Calgary. Our Outreach programs reflect our belief that the artist is in a unique position to imagine new ways of living and being together that will activate the spectator and ultimately transform the society.
ARTIST TALKS & SYMPOSIUM
Theatre Junction invites all of the artists presented in our season to participate in post-performance discussions with the audience, providing the public with an opportunity to interact directly with the work they have just experienced.
